I now offer custom orders. Cupcakes, bars, cookies and candy can be mailed. All other items are available only within SE and Central Minnesota (Rochester, Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs) and prices include shipping/delivery. Goods mailed via USPS usually arrive a week from purchase, but can be mailed sooner if needed. Delivery is available any time provided I'm not out of town. All goods are packaged in plain white or clear boxes with tissue. Please contact me for a quote if you would like something not listed here! I create every order specifically to meet your needs. Gift wrapping is free upon request.
I work out of my home kitchen, which is egg- and milk-free. I do work with nuts, so please advise me in advance if you have allergies. Gluten-free, low-sugar, low-fat/calorie, and ketogenic goods are available upon request (due to the extremely customized nature of ketogenic diets, recipes must be provided to me or I will ask to contact your physician). Everything I make is vegan, which the rare exception of marshmallow fondant (which is prepared on separate equipment from other goods). Although I am not health-department certified at this time, I work in food service and understand and utilize legal standards for cleanliness, hygiene and food temperatures. I wear gloves during production of orders and take the utmost care to be sure your order stays fresh.
After costs of materials have been deducted, proceeds from all orders will be donated to The Nature Conservancy.
Cupcakes are my specialty--my favorite thing to make, and what I'm best at. Don't see a flavor you want? Just ask, I can probably make it! Cakes are only available locally as specified above. Please note that mailed cupcakes will arrive as a kit--plain cupcakes with frosting in a piping bag and garnish packed alongside. All flavors are available as cake balls. I love to bake for birthday parties, anniversaries, potlucks, graduations, showers and other special events. Birthday cakes come with a free 4" decorated cake or 6" "smash cake" for the birthday girl or boy!

Dessert bar: Choose up to 5 desserts and take 15% off the total when you order together.
Fruit Parfaits: $1/small $2/medium $3/large (feeds 2-3) or $10/$20/$25 dozen respectively (Mason jars will be filled with fresh berries, peaches, mango, coconut, banana and/or melon according to your specifications, vanilla or strawberry soy yogurt, and granola). Keep the jars for $1 extra each or $10/dozen.
Petit Fours: Small square cakes will be filled, covered in chocolate ganache and topped with a small decoration of your choice. $1/each, 25% off for orders larger than 3 dozen.
Sorbet: Available in most any fruit flavor you can think of, for just $4/pint.
"Fried" Ice Cream: It's not fried at all, but it tastes close to the real thing. Vanilla ice cream is covered in my secret topping recipe. Please note: contains honey. $1/scoop
Sugar Cookie Station: This fun option is great for kids' parties or holidays. I will provide sugar cookies in your choice of shape(s), icing and frosting in various colors, sprinkles and other cookie toppings.
